Patient Testimonials

“Diane has a true understanding of today’s adolescent. My daughter who had struggled for years with anxiety & depression felt an immediate connection with Diane.  She has been a tremendous support system for our family during a very difficult time.” – E.P.

“After having visited many professionals for my anxiety and depression, Diane was the only one who was able to make me feel at ease. She was able to navigate me out of the most difficult time in my life and I felt very safe and supported under her care. Though I still get the occasional day to day anxiety, Diane helped me gain the coping skills I needed and I am now able to challenge my distorted thinking instead of giving in to it.” – C. M.

“ I have been meeting with Diane for about five years and during that time she’s been very helpful.  She is a great listener and sincerely cares about her patients” – Jeff G.

“I have been seeing Diane for almost 10 years. She has an unbelievable ability to truly hone in on what is really causing your anxiety/depression and help you put together an action plan to get you on the road to feeling better fast. She is a caring, action oriented therapist who will get you on track quickly and help you create the life you are desiring. Diane has a great toolkit of resources for her patients and she always dips into it in a session to pull out just the right book for you to read, app to download, class you should take, or mindfulness meditation you should do. In my life I have had other therapists prior to Diane and none of the others have even come close to the care I have received from Diane. CT’s loss is Santa Fe’s gain. If you really want change in your life, to feel better , and “unstuck” I highly recommend seeing Diane Johnston.” – MFO in CT
